One of my favorite, most thoughtful and soulful meditation teachers is Hugh Byrne. https://hugh-byrne.com/about-hugh-byrne  He is a member of the Washington, DC based IMCW community and offers a number of online classes and resources particularly geared toward helping others manage what is right now. Hugh's offerings include weekly Sunday morning meditations online as well as half-day and full-day retreats with another one of my favorite mindfulness teachers Rebecca Hines. So honored to have practiced with and learned from both of them.
